Ebola is a disease that nightmares are made up of. It's a highly contagious virus that's spread through bodily fluids. It starts off with a fever, sore throat, and muscle pain. But then the effects get worse. After a few days vomiting, diarrhea, with a rash appear. In later stages, people began to bleed both internally and externally as victim's internal organs literally liquefy. The mortality rate is around 50% but can be as high as 90%. In the outbreak of 2013-2014, over 25,000 cases were reported with over 11,000 deaths. Fortunately, only a few Americans have contracted Ebola. This is due to the frightening nature of the disease and the hyper vigilance of Center for Disease Control.
